行く理由
1889年開業、総督ヘンリー・ノーマン卿（Sir Henry Norman）にちなんで名づけられたホテル。ステーキハウスは1988年に Cavill 家のもとで開き、2015年からは Power 家が所有する。自らを「ブリスベン最悪のベジタリアン・レストラン（Brisbane's Worst Vegetarian Restaurant）」と称している。
