Grill63 (Lotte Hotel Hanoi)

My passport

For the anniversary dinner where the view matters as much as the steak: a grill room 63 floors above Ba Đình, behind floor-to-ceiling glass.

Why go01

Grill63 is for the evening you want the city below you: the Lotte Hotel Hanoi's grill sits on the 63rd floor of the Lotte Center, with floor-to-ceiling glass, and the hotel itself pitches it for special occasions and romantic dinners. The à la carte menu is short and clear about its beef, with four steaks from three countries, each with its weight and grade printed, so you can choose by size and marbling rather than by name. Around it the room runs breakfast, weekday and Sunday buffets and seasonal set menus; the current one, Love is in the Air Vol. 7, runs until 31 December 2026.

02What to order

03The beef

The June 2026 menu names three origins. From the United States, a ribeye graded USDA Choice. From Australia, wagyu: a ribeye at marble score MB4/5 and a tenderloin at MB6. From New Zealand, a tenderloin with no grade stated. The menu says nothing about how long the beef is aged, or whether it is grain- or grass-fed.

04The fire

The menu calls these grilled meats and serves them with seasonal vegetables; it does not name the fuel or the grill.

05The story

The Lotte Center Hanoi, a 65-storey tower in Ba Đình, was completed on 2 September 2014, and the Lotte Hotel Hanoi fills its upper floors. In April 2021 the hotel announced a new à la carte menu for Grill63 built around grilled seafood and steak. Today the room seats 122 over 806 m², with three private dining rooms.
