Carna was built for the dinner where the whole table shares from the center. It opened in May 2021 on the 74th floor of SLS Dubai in Business Bay as the first international restaurant of Dario Cecchini, the butcher from Panzano in Chianti who took over his family's shop in 1976 and believes in using the whole animal. Its menu has run from bistecca alla fiorentina and dry-aged striploin to 12-hour cow tongue and beef heart skewers, cooked on a wood-smoke grill, with a whisky bar and a counter selling meat to take home. In April 2026, though, Time Out Dubai marked it temporarily closed, and Steakpedia found no reopening notice.
