Why go
Prime52 is for the evening when the view is part of the plan and the table wants steak without a long menu to read. It sits on the 52nd floor of the Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites, sharing the level with the Observatory Lounge, so you can take a drink there first and walk next door for dinner. It is the sister restaurant of Prime68 at the JW Marriott Marquis, and The National found it the more relaxed of the two. The menu is one page: ten starters, then mains split into "farm to table" and "fresh from the coast", with the option to ask for the cut you prefer. Time Out Dubai included it in its April 2026 steakhouse guide and mentions live piano nights.
