The hotel's dining page describes premium steaks and fine wines in a calm, elegant room with a view of West Beijing Road. En Primeur Club lists it as a modern steakhouse, bar and grill that opened in 2017, with an extensive wine list, craft cocktails and private dining.

- Stanbroke Sanchoku Wagyu M5 striploin¥388 for 200 g / 7 oz in a review of October 2019 by Rachel Gouk, who listed steaks from ¥228 for 200 g / 7 oz to ¥1,388 for a 1 kg / 2.2 lb bone-in ribeye. The menu has probably changed since.

The only beef detail Steakpedia found is from October 2019: dry-aged steaks cooked over charcoal, including a Stanbroke Sanchoku Wagyu M5 striploin. The hotel's current page names no cuts, origin or aging, and no current menu was found.

In 2019 the steaks were charcoal-grilled, per Rachel Gouk; the hotel does not describe the fire today.
04The story
En Primeur Club gives 2017 as the opening year. In 2019 the room was reviewed as Bespoke Modern Bar & Grill, with chef de cuisine Cesar Perez De Anda, a Spanish-influenced menu with tapas, and dinner only from Tuesday to Saturday; before that, the review says, it had been in another part of the hotel and served a monthly tasting menu. That same article carries a note saying this venue has closed, without saying whether it means today's second-floor room, so its status needs confirming with the hotel.
