Rhodes Twenty10 suits the evening when part of the table wants a steak and part of it wants a beef Wellington or a chicken Kiev. Gary Rhodes opened it at Le Royal Méridien in August 2010, and the house says the menu keeps a number of his favorite dishes; it is built for sharing, from caviar with potato rösti to a tomahawk for two. The steak list is long and precise about the animal: how many days on grain, which country, which marble score. Time Out Dubai listed it as temporarily closed in April 2026, but in October 2026 the restaurant is publishing its menu, its hours and a New Year's Eve dinner. The website says it is nominated in the Steakhouse & Grills category of the BBC Good Food Middle East Awards 2026.

02The beef
Each steak on the menu carries its feeding: USDA Prime fillet, sirloin, ribeye and the big cuts are grain-fed for 120+ days; a USDA Black Angus ribeye (340 g / 12 oz, AED 370) for 140+ days. From Ireland, John Stone beef, grass-fed and dry-aged, as fillet or ribeye (340 g / 12 oz, AED 430); the menu does not give the aging days. Wagyu comes from two places: Winterfrost from the United States at MB 4–5 (280 g / 10 oz sirloin, AED 400) and Stockyard Silver from Australia at MB 6–7 (280 g / 10 oz sirloin AED 450, ribeye AED 475). Every steak comes with one sauce. The menu lists nine sauces at AED 25 and seven butters at AED 20, bone marrow and shallot among them.

The menu says the steaks are char-grilled. It does not name the grill or the fuel.
04The story
Gary Rhodes opened Rhodes Mezzanine at Grosvenor House Dubai in 2007 and Rhodes Twenty10 at Le Royal Méridien in August 2010, per Gulf News; he moved to the UAE in 2011. He died in Dubai on Nov. 26, 2019, aged 59, and the hotels where he ran his restaurants paid tribute to him. The restaurant kept his name and, per the house, his dishes.
