Time Out says Latina Parrilla roasts its steaks over traditional Argentine fruit wood and pairs them with Brazilian cassava powder. The Bingo Plaza branch in Changning opened in September 2022, per SmartShanghai. Parrilla is the newer concept of the Latina group, whose first Shanghai churrascaria opened in 1998; the group describes it as grass-fed beef grilled over wood in the gaucho manner. Rachel Gouk counts two Parrilla locations; Time Out lists the other in Lingang, Pudong.

First floor, units 111 and 112, East Block, Bingo Plaza, 345 Tianshan Road, near Shuicheng Road, Changning (Time Out spells it Tianshui). Time Out lists 11:00 to 22:00; SmartShanghai lists 11:00 to 21:00 and the phone number 6216 6625. SmartShanghai also describes a flat-rate buffet with meats carved from skewers, which does not match the other sources, so call before you go.
