For the birthday or the hungry group of friends, B'Churrasco takes the deciding out of your hands: you pay one price, the passadores come round with sword-length skewers, and you turn a lamp on the table green when you want more meat and red when you need a pause. Time Out counted twelve meats in 2018, three cuts of beef among them, including the rump cap, three of pork, three of chicken with the hearts, two of lamb and a ham-and-pineapple skewer; the council listing now says more than thirteen. The room is an 1870 bluestone building at the top end of the CBD, and the house has been there since 2014. Sides land on the table without asking, chips, rice, beans, banana fritters, garlic bread and a vinegary slaw, with a central buffet of salads, pasta and rice, and the dessert is grilled cinnamon pineapple off the skewer.
