Why go

The Popeseye is named after a cut: popeseye is the Scottish name for thinly sliced rump. The beef is Scottish and hung for 28 days, per That's Up. In 2013 Time Out gave the breed as grass-fed Aberdeen Angus and the cuts as sirloin, fillet and popeseye, in sizes from 6 oz to 30 oz, served with chips, a simple salad and a tray of four mustards. Steakpedia could not read the house's own website on Oct. 29, 2026, so the current menu, prices and breed are not confirmed.
