Why go
Rina Steakhouse is a dry-aged steakhouse on Tongren Road. Its founder, Liu Xin, known as William, named it after his wife, Rina. He worked for years in Western cuisine and opened his first restaurant in 2014. In 2018 the house moved entirely to dry-aged steak, after he visited several of Shanghai's leading steakhouses; the change was hard, and a loyal clientele formed over time. The Shanghai government's English portal featured it in June 2026, in the Americas Flavors season of its Global Taste in Shanghai series.
