Au Lac do Brazil opened in 2003 at 238 Pasteur. A sponsored Saigoneer listing calls it Vietnam's first Brazilian churrascaria. The format is rodizio: the passadores slice the meat at the table. In 2019 the full churrasco ran to 13 cuts.

In 2019 the Pasteur house had two floors and 200 seats. It had a private room, a balcony over Pasteur Street, a long wooden bar and photos of samba dancers. By September 2024, per the sponsored listing, IN Dining owned the brand and had opened a flagship at 131 Nguyễn Huệ: a colorful open room inspired by Rio de Janeiro.

Status unconfirmed. Wanderlog, an aggregator, lists 238 Pasteur as permanently closed. No reliable source confirms it, or says whether Nguyễn Huệ is open. The official website shows an expired certificate. The 2019 phone numbers: (028) 3820 7157 and 0909 478 698. Sponsored prices from September 2024: buffet from 850,000 VND, a larger buffet from 1,250,000 VND, grill boards at 750,000 VND for two and 1,050,000 VND for four. Call before you go.
