Doors Freestyle Grill suits the evening when you are bringing a crowd and want the cooking to be part of the show. The house describes a freestyle grill where dishes are finished in front of the guest, in a 12,000 sq ft waterfront space at Al Seef, beside Dubai Creek. It has a private VVIP majlis, a shisha lounge and an outdoor terrace, so a family dinner and a corporate event can share the same address. Khaleej Times described it in February 2019 as the newest Turkish fusion restaurant in town, and What's On kept it in its Dubai steakhouse guide of May 2026.

02The beef
Wagyu runs through the beef list: striploin, tenderloin for the kebab, tail, sushi. The online menu does not say where the beef comes from or give a grade for Al Seef; the second house, Doors Dubai Mall, advertises 9+ grade wagyu. Braised dishes take hours: beef short ribs for the Beef Asado, five to six hours; lamb neck, eight.
03The fire
The house calls its format a freestyle grill, with cooking finished in front of the guest, but no source names the fuel or the grill.
04The story
Doors Freestyle Grill came to Dubai after houses in Shenzhen and Guangzhou in China, per the house, which still lists both. The menu is by chef Kemal Çeylan. Khaleej Times reviewed the Al Seef restaurant on Feb. 16, 2019, describing six zones and a meal for two at about AED 600. In October 2023 What's On announced a second Dubai house on level 4 of Fashion Avenue in The Dubai Mall, which the group lists today, and that year the Al Seef house sold an all-you-can-eat meat menu from AED 449 per person between 15:00 and 19:00.
